Our continuing successes in data gathering and the reverse engineering of legacy RTUs and process controllers managing the operational control of water abstraction assets across 60 sites across London is already changing the game. For two years, nine abstraction borehole sites lost communication with the regional SCADA system. We were able to implement dual communication solutions – interfacing with the legacy communication protocol – utilising serial converters to restore remote monitoring and control.
