Jason Garner

Operational Director

Jason has over a decade of experience in the UK and European water industry, specialising in ICA, commissioning, and project delivery. Having progressed from hands-on site work to leading major capital projects, he brings a practical understanding of field operations and a sharp focus on delivery standards. Jason ensures every Marln Group project is executed with precision, efficiency, and total operational reliability.

Matt Kimpton

Technical Director

Matt has a proven track record as a technical lead, consultant and commissioning engineer within the water sector, with extensive experience across large-scale capital projects. Specialising in PLC programming and control system integration, he leads Marln Group’s technical development and innovation. His software expertise and analytical mindset drive the performance, accuracy, and adaptability of every automation solution we deliver.
